Chef and owner Jason Sawicki, known for his cult-favorite culinary hits at Fare Game, has designed his first brick-and-mortar restaurant to be a neighborhood sanctuary and culinary destination. Cooking with fire has always been alluring for Chef Sawicki, who has dedicated an entire section of the menu to smoked fare from the hearth.
